1.1. Easygо provides services for organizing visa runs in Vietnam.
1.2. Services include group transfers to border checkpoints, consultations, and logistical support, but do not guarantee automatic re-entry into Vietnam.
1.3. The client must familiarize themselves with this agreement before booking a trip. Booking a trip is considered full acceptance of all its terms.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1. The client is solely responsible for:
- having a valid passport;
- visa status and the duration of legal stay in Vietnam;
- providing accurate information about citizenship and the country that issued the passport.
2.2. Important:
- Entry and visa run conditions in Vietnam vary depending on citizenship.
- The client must independently verify and specify their country of citizenship when booking.
- If the client fails to specify or specifies an incorrect country, or does not review visa requirements, the responsibility for any entry denial, fines, or other consequences lies solely with the client.
2.3. Examples of differences by country (information):
For citizens of certain countries, visa-free entry is available for 45 or 30 days;
For others, an electronic visa (eVisa) for 90 days is required;
Some require a visa to a third country (e.g., Laos) for exit and subsequent return.
2.4. The client acknowledges that by using Easygo services, they do so voluntarily.
If the client does not familiarize themselves with this agreement but checks the consent box when booking, this does not exempt them from responsibility for its compliance. Easygo does not accept claims based on ignorance or misunderstanding of the agreement's terms. By coming to us, you agree to our conditions.
3. Booking Conditions, Vehicle Replacement, and Trip Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation by the Client:
In case the client cancels the booking:
– Less than 48 hours before the trip — no refund will be provided;
– More than 48 hours before the trip — a full refund will be issued.
To request a refund, the client must contact support and provide their name and booking number.
3.2 Vehicle Replacement:
The company reserves the right to replace the specified vehicle with an equivalent or alternative one in the following cases:
– When there are insufficient passengers to justify the use of the specified vehicle;
– When it is impossible to provide a specific type of vehicle due to technical or organizational reasons;
– When the allowable number of passengers is exceeded — with replacement by a vehicle with increased seating capacity.
The following replacement options are possible:
– From a bus to a car — in case of low occupancy or inability to dispatch a bus;
– From a bus to another bus with a larger seating capacity in case of increased demand — with the mandatory condition of maintaining or improving the comfort class.
The company maintains a balance between the trip cost and the maximum possible comfort level, based on current conditions and group composition.
In case a trip cannot be conducted due to mass cancellations, technical, organizational, or other objective reasons, the company will take measures to preserve it where possible.
If conducting the trip becomes impossible, the client will be notified in advance (at least 24 hours), and no claims can be made if the notification period is observed.
3.3 Compensation in Case of Trip Cancellation by the Company:
If the trip is canceled at the company's initiative, the client will be notified at least 24 hours before the departure time.
The company is not responsible for inconveniences caused by cancellation, provided the notification period is observed.
If the trip was paid for, the client must contact support, providing their name and booking number, after which a full refund will be issued.
3.4 Vehicle Arrival Time:
EasyGO works with external licensed transportation organizations and does not manage vehicles directly.
The actual arrival time of the vehicle may depend on the carrier's schedule, road conditions, weather, and other factors, including human factors (driver actions).
The company is not responsible for deviations from the stated arrival time if they are caused by reasons beyond EasyGO's control.
4. Client Obligations During the Trip
4.1. By participating in the trip, the client agrees to:
- comply with trip rules, including instructions from the driver and accompanying staff;
- arrive at the departure point on time and not be late;
- carry all necessary original documents.
4.2. Easygo is not responsible for the actions of border, visa, or immigration authorities.
5. Cancellation and Refund
5.1. Refunds are only possible if the trip is canceled by Easygo or due to the complete impossibility of conducting it.
5.2. Refunds are not provided if the client:
- fails to arrive on time for boarding;
- provides inaccurate information;
- is denied entry or exit by the authorities.
6. Processing of Personal Data
6.1. The client consents to the processing and storage of their personal data for the purposes of booking, interaction with government authorities, and ensuring trip safety.
6.2. Easygo does not transfer data to third parties, except in cases stipulated by Vietnamese law.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. Easygo reserves the right to amend this agreement. The current version is published on the company's official resources and takes effect upon publication.
7.2. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiation; if resolution is not possible, they are settled in accordance with Vietnamese law.
7.3. In case of rule violations, or if the client’s actions put the company, driver, or other trip participants in an awkward, dangerous, or conflicting situation, Easygo reserves the right to refuse further service, block the client, deny participation in future trips, and, if necessary, contact law enforcement authorities.
7.4. The company reserves the right to select clients.
These rules are mandatory for all trip participants. Compliance ensures the comfort and safety of every passenger.
